ATTENTION: Read this carefully!

All marway.org computer systems are for authorized use only. Users (authorized or unauthorized) have no explicit or implicit expectation of privacy.

Any or all uses of this host system and all files on this system may be intercepted, monitored, recorded, copied, audited, inspected, and disclosed to authorized site and law enforcement personnel.

By using this host system, the user consents to such interception, monitoring, recording, copying, auditing, inspection, and disclosure at the discretion of authorized site.

Unauthorized or improper use of this system may result in administrative disciplinary action and civil and criminal penalties. By continuing to use this system you indicate your awareness of and consent to these terms and conditions of use. LOG OFF IMMEDIATELY if you do not agree to the conditions stated in this warning.

All existing and future marway.org users aggree to the articles below by writing YES in the registration form. Violation of one of them will result in the immediate cancellation of the existing account(s) without prior notice. All material stored in the user directories will be erased without backup.

We monitor and log all activities on the servers and we can use those logs to decide of an account cancellation.

We keep the right to refuse a registration request without giving reason.

We do allow:

  1. Background processes on saskia, sunny, vril, kreml;
  2. Compiler usage (cc/gcc) and program development on saskia, sunny, vril, kreml;
  3. Usage of programs like elm, pine, lynx, wget, pico, nano, vim, vi etc.

We do NOT allow:

  1. Participation to any illegal activity that could affect the marway.org services or interests;
  2. Hacking, cracking and scanning. Any suspicious activity will result in a cancellation of the account;
  3. Distribution of illegal materiel (warez, MP3, DiVX, ...), illegal sexual material, credit card information or private third party data;
  4. Attacks such as DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) or flood originated from a marway.org user account. Any logged attack will be investigated and result in a cancellation of the account(s);
  5. Usage of excessive local server resources (CPU, RAM, storage);
  6. Usage of IRC tools such bots or proxies on mir21.marway.org;
  7. Running background process and/or daemons;
  8. Compilation and/or execution of personal applications;
  9. OverNet, edonkey and edonkey2000!

Users can only open one session at a time to the marway.org servers. Only the SSH, POP3, FTP and TELNET protocol is supported.

We cannot be held responsible to the content of data passing through their servers. It's recommanded to not store critical or private data on the servers. marway.org cannot be held responsible for any lost and/or corrupted data.
